While 2023 was a year of heavy construction, the answer for 2026 is an emphatic no. Epcot has completed its massive "High-Fidelity" multi-year transformation, making it one of the most vibrant parks at Walt Disney World. The "Giant Dirt Pit" is gone, replaced by World Celebration Gardens and the stunning Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana. The park now boasts some of Disney's most advanced attractions, including the high-fidelity Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind (an absolute must-do roller coaster) and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. Additionally, the nighttime spectacular Luminous: Symphony of Us and the upgraded "Beacons of Magic" lighting on Spaceship Earth have revitalized the park's evening atmosphere. With its unmatched selection of international dining, seasonal festivals like Flower & Garden, and the recently opened "CommuniCore Hall," skipping Epcot would mean missing out on the most modern and high-fidelity experiences currently available in the Florida parks.
