What are Carnivals three newest ships?

As of March 9, 2023, the newest ship in the fleet is the Carnival Celebration, the second Excel-class vessel in the fleet. A third ship in the same class, named Carnival Jubilee, will expand the fleet even further when she arrives in December 2023.

As of early 2026, the three newest ships in the Carnival Cruise Line fleet are the Carnival Jubilee, the Carnival Firenze, and the Carnival Venezia. The Carnival Jubilee, which debuted in late 2023, is the third in the groundbreaking Excel-class, featuring the BOLT roller coaster and a unique "Texas-sized" hospitality vibe operating out of Galveston. The Carnival Firenze (April 2024) and Carnival Venezia (May 2023) represent the "Carnival Fun Italian Style" initiative; these are reimagined Costa Cruise ships that bring an Italian-themed flair to the fleet while maintaining the signature Carnival "fun." Looking ahead, the fleet is set to grow even further with the highly anticipated Carnival Festivale scheduled for 2027 and a fifth Excel-class ship, the Carnival Tropicale, planned for 2028. For 2026 cruisers, these newest vessels offer the latest in "Big Ship" amenities, including massive water parks, immersive themed neighborhoods, and some of the most diverse dining options currently available at sea.
