Now, Instant Pay will work with almost any Mastercard, Visa or Discover U.S. debit card that is attached to a traditional checking and savings account — similarly to how PayPal can be linked to most debit cards, making it easy for people to get paid with PayPal but withdraw the money instantly at an ATM machine.

How long does it take to receive my money? Your daily earnings will be automatically deposited to your card each morning—or instantly if you want to cash out your available earnings sooner—up to 5 times per day.
If you have a balance, tap on Transfer to Bank or Transfer to Card to move the money out of your Uber Cash balance and into your bank account or debit card.
On Uber Cash, you can use almost any payment method, the app says, including Venmo and Paypal. They also specify that, in some markets, you can simply go to the Payment section in the app and select Cash. At the end of the trip, you'll pay the cash directly to your driver.
To add your bank account in the Driver app, go to Payments in the app menu. Alternatively, visit drivers.uber.com, sign in, and go to the Banking tab in your dashboard.
You'll be charged a fee if you choose Instant cash out option. If you select Instant as your option, your funds should arrive in minutes. Otherwise, if you choose Next-day cash out before 3:00 pm local time, Monday-Friday, the funds should arrive within one business day.
Can I pay for Uber with cash? Yes, you can pay with cash. Before requesting a ride, go to the Payment section in the app and select Cash. At the end of your trip, pay cash directly to your driver.
In the United States, yes most definitely. Whatever credit card you have set up to use on your Uber account will expect payment based on the terms of that account. For example, if you use a MasterCard or Visa, you can ride today and that payment won't be due until the usual terms of the credit card.
Eligibility: To be eligible for Flex Pay, you must have completed at least 25 Uber trips and your Uber account must be active for at least 14 days since your first trip with Uber. Deposit delay: Flex Pay earnings will be deposited into your preferred bank account on the same business day if you cash out before 8pm EST.
