You can walk into any restaurant or service counter that serves beverages in the park and ask them to refill your water bottle. You don't even need a bottle. Just ask for a cup of ice water and they will be happy to provide you with one.

Visit the attraction on a weekday to avoid large crowds. Try not to plan your visit on weekends and public holidays.

This is the most important tip for visiting Universal Studios Singapore. The people usually start coming at around noon and the park gets very crowded during the afternoon. Arriving early will give you a headstart and you can experience more rides when the park is less crowded and thus less waiting time for each ride.

One day is plenty for Universal park. It is rather a small park based in a circular section, just get there before the park opens. I would saty at the city and take a cab for the USS. More than enough for you to enjoy the various rides.
