From 1 January 2023, all PHVs licensed for the first time must meet new emission requirements:
- The car shouldn't be older than ten years or should be a newer model.
- All PHVs must be zero-emission capable (ZEC) and meet the Euro 6 emissions standard when licensed for the first time.
What are the new Uber rules for 2023?
Minimum requirements New drivers signing up after August 23, 2023 must be 25 years or older to transport passengers, but can still sign up to deliver with Uber. Drivers under 25 years old who sign up prior to August 23, 2023 can continue to drive with Uber.
