What countries does Bolt work in?

Bolt Market launched in Tallinn, Estonia and expanded to Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Croatia, and the Czech Republic in 2021 and Sweden in January 2022. As of January 2023, Bolt Market is operational in 6 countries.

Africa (A Major Growth Market)

Bolt has a very strong presence across Africa: West Africa: Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Burkina Faso. East Africa: Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, South Sudan. Southern Africa: South Africa, Namibia, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Botswana.

Other Regions

  • Australia: Select cities (Bolt launched here in recent years).
  • Latin America: Mexico.
  • Asia: Very limited presence. Bolt previously operated in some countries but has largely withdrawn (e.g., exited Pakistan in 2022).
