What counts as Hyatt base points?

Hyatt Member Points earned: Members earn 5 base points for every $1 spent on qualifying stays, dining and spa experiences charged at the hotel. Members earn 10 points for every $1 spent on FIND experiences. Other benefits: Free standard internet access at participating hotels.
