You will need to provide a valid passport or UK driving licence or EEA National Identity Card number to prove your date of birth and a digital passport-style photo. In most cases, your digital 26-30 Railcard will be available to use straight away.
You will need to click 'Manage my Railcard' on the top right of the website homepage to log in to your account.Once logged in, click 'MY RAILCARD' then click 'View my Railcard' to request a new download code. Your new download code will be generated once you have click 'Get new Download Code'.
Once logged in, click on 'Details' under your active digital Railcard, then click on 'Manage Digital Devices'. You will need to click on 'Request a new code for your Railcard' to generate a new download code.

Unfortunately, you can only have one version of your Railcard – either plastic or digital. Once you have purchased your Railcard you cannot change the type of Railcard you have. A: Please go to Manage my Railcard on the website homepage to log in to your account.
Under 'Choose the type of Railcard you would like' you can select if you want a 'Digital' or a 'Plastic' Railcard. You will be asked to provide a digital passport-style photo if you select 'Digital'. You do not need a photo if you have ordered a 'Plastic' Network Railcard.
You can get this Railcard if you are...You can buy a Senior Railcard in advance online, up to 2 weeks before your 60th birthday, but it will only be valid for travel from your birthday onwards. You cannot buy in advance of your 60th birthday at a station.
With a Senior Railcard you would need one per person, 2x £30. Both of you must travel using the Two Together, so can't be used if you'll travel individually. The Senior card can be used at any time, whereas Two Together can't be used to buy tickets for travel before 9.30am weekdays.
