At Disneyland, the standard practice for purses and small bags is to take them on the rides with you. Unlike some parks with mandatory lockers, Disney allows you to bring bags on almost every attraction. On most rides, you simply place your purse at your feet or in the provided mesh storage pouch inside the ride vehicle. For high-thrill rides like Space Mountain or Incredicoaster, it is recommended to put one leg through a strap of your bag to ensure it stays secure during sharp turns. The only major exception where lockers are mandatory is for high-speed, inverted, or unique-seating rides like TRON Lightcycle / Run, where free lockers are provided in the queue. If you have a very large bag, you can rent a locker for the day at the front of the park, but for a standard purse, keeping it with you is the most convenient way to navigate the parks in 2026.
