Staying at a Deluxe Disney Resort (such as the Grand Floridian or Animal Kingdom Lodge) in 2026 provides the highest level of Disney perks. The most significant "Deluxe-only" benefit is Extended Evening Theme Park Hours, which allow guests to stay in select parks for two extra hours after they close to the general public, usually with very low wait times. You also get Early Theme Park Entry (30 minutes before opening), which is shared with other resorts. Deluxe guests enjoy superior proximity to the parks via monorails, boats, or walking paths, and in summer 2026, they receive free water park admission on their check-in day. Other premium amenities include elaborate themed pools with slides, high-end "Table Service" and "Character Dining" on-site, and the ability to book dining and Lightning Lane passes (7 days in advance) before off-site guests. Furthermore, Deluxe resorts offer "Signature" service levels and often feature "Hey Disney!" voice assistants in rooms to help with park questions and resort requests.
