What do you wear to Death Valley in the winter?

Death Valley is obviously a unique case. For winter in Rocky Mountain, plan to have a fleece and/or down jacket, gloves, a warm beanie, neck warmer or scarf. Rocky Mountain is also a very windy park so a windproof jacket would help a lot! You might even want to consider fleece or insulated pants.

SPRING. It is the most popular time to visit Death Valley. Besides warm and sunny days, the possibility of spring wildflowers is a big attraction. If the previous winter brought rain, the desert can put on an impressive floral display, usually peaking in late March to early April.
