What does super off-peak single train ticket mean?

SUPER OFF PEAK SINGLES AND RETURNS Travel for less with a Super Off Peak ticket by avoiding our busier times of the day. Travel outside of peak travel times on Monday to Thursday and travel at any time on weekends and bank holidays – peak restrictions do not apply on weekends or bank holidays.
