At one year old, your child can eat a variety of "toddler-friendly" options available throughout Disney parks. Many "Quick Service" restaurants offer Kids' Meals that include healthy sides like apple slices, Mandarin oranges, or yogurt smoothies. For snacks, you can find fresh fruit carts selling bananas and grapes, or grab a Mickey-shaped pretzel (soften it with a little water or cheese if needed). In "Table Service" restaurants, you can often request a side of mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or plain pasta. A great tip is that you are allowed to bring your own food and milk into the parks (as long as it’s not in glass containers). Every Disney park also features a Baby Care Center, which has high chairs, microwaves to warm up baby food, and a quiet space for feeding, making it much easier to manage mealtime for a one-year-old in the middle of a busy theme park day.
