You'll be happy to know that the Walt Disney World Resort accepts cash, Mastercard, and/or Visa credit and debit cards for transactions within the Theme Parks and Resorts. If you are a Guest staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can link your debit/credit card to your room charge account.
If you are looking to use PayPal as a payment method to book rooms and vacation packages through the Walt Disney World Resort website, you can absolutely do so. I also just confirmed with a friendly Cast Member that PayPal is also an option around the resort at various dining and merchandise locations.
