What happens if I buy a train ticket and they go on strike?
If you have purchased a ticket and your train has been cancelled, delayed or rescheduled due to strike action then you will be entitled to a refund or change of journey.

If you've booked with us and your ticket is for a strike day, you'll be entitled to a fee-free refund. Your ticket may also become valid for travel on days either side of the strike date without needing any change to the ticket.
