If you miss it completely without modifying it beforehand, you will not be able to redeem the reservation nor will you be able to make another Lightning Lane reservation for that same attraction for that same day. However, you'll certainly be able to make another reservation for a different attraction.
Genie+ rides are not guaranteed. The most popular rides can run out of available Genie+ Lightning Lane selections. We usually see this later in the day for most attractions. However, the most popular ones can run out within minutes during busier periods.
On the Disney Genie+ Service webpage that I linked, it does indicate that on average guests experience about two to three attractions per day with Lightening Lanes using Disney Genie+ Service. However, this is an average, and as long as you stay within the guidelines I mentioned above, you are good to go!
On average, Guests can enter 2 to 3 attractions or experiences per day using Lightning Lane entrances, if the first selection is made early in the day. You can enjoy a Disney Genie+ service Lightning Lane entrance once per day.
The Genie 120-minute rule says that you can make a new reservation at most 2 hours from when you made the last one, and this countdown timer doesn't change if you modify the reservation.
And no matter how many theme parks you visit, you can only purchase two Individual Lightning Lane passes per day. In addition, like standard Genie+ rides, you can't buy passes more than once for the same ride.
During Disney After Hours events, Disney Genie+ is not available to use. All Guests will be directed to the standby queue to ride each attraction. If you have a regular park ticket that day and are there before the event starts, you will be able to use Disney Genie+ during that time.
Can you have more than one Genie+ Lightning Lane reservation at a time? Yes. The Genie 120-minute rule says that you can always make a new reservation if two hours have passed since you made the last one, or two hours since park opening if you made the reservation before the park opened.

For example, you're planning to start your day in Hollywood Studios, but want to park hop over to Magic Kingdom in the afternoon.
Is Disney Lightning Lane Worth it Conclusion. As a general rule of thumb we do find the Disney World Lightning Lane to be worth it if you can find a way to save 60 minutes per attraction at a cost of under $11.00 per attraction.
Guests who have purchased a Magic Key cannot have more than three uncancelled reservations or “no-shows.” After the third missed reservation, those Guests are blocked and cannot make any park reservations for 30 days.
If a Magic Key holder has a reservation and does not show up for that reservation date, you do get a strike. According to the Magic Key Terms and Conditions, if you are a no-show for three reservations in any 90-day period, you will not be able to make any new reservations for 30 days.
