What happens if you miss your Disney park reservation?

AFAIK, there is no penalty for missing a reservation. So if you can't make it on the first night, you can still make a new reservation for the other day. However, you do run the risk of there not being reservations available for that new day. So don't make the switch unless you are sure there is availability.
