What happens if you miss your Stena Line ferry?

Subject to availability, we will try to book you on the next Stena Line sailing. An amendment fee may be applied to your account depending on the type of ticket you have purchased plus any difference in fare price. Please note that unused tickets will not be refunded.

If you are running late and are likely to miss your ferry, we suggest proceeding to the port to see if the ferry company will allow you to change the ticket to a different day or departure time. Keep in mind that if you do miss your ferry, the tickets are non-refundable.
