Rehoboth Beach | Visit Delaware. During COVID-19 the following beach regulations are in place. The Rehoboth beach and boardwalk will be open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. for beach activities including exercising, sunbathing and swimming.

If you are driving, parking meters are in effect from May 15th to September 15th, usually from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. In 2026, the city has also implemented stricter "quiet hours" for the residential areas surrounding the beach, beginning at 11:00 PM.
