What if I get sick at Disneyland?

Nurses are available during normal park operating hours to offer over-the-counter medications, bandages and other quick remedies so you can continue enjoying your visit. If you're unable to walk to a First Aid location, please tell the nearest Cast Member and a nurse may be able to assist you in the parks.

If you fall ill at Disneyland, your first destination should be the First Aid center. In Disneyland Park, it is located at the end of Main Street, U.S.A., next to the Baby Care Center; in California Adventure, it is on Buena Vista Street next to the Chamber of Commerce. These centers are staffed by registered nurses who can provide over-the-counter medications for minor ailments like headaches, nausea, or allergies at no cost. For more serious issues, they can coordinate with local urgent care centers or hospitals. If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can call the front desk for 2026-updated telehealth services or in-room medical visits through partners like AdventHealth. Most importantly, if you have a highly contagious illness, Disney's current policy encourages you to stay in your room to protect other guests; if you have multi-day tickets, you can often speak with Guest Relations to see if they can extend the validity of your remaining days due to medical circumstances, though this is handled on a case-by-case basis.
