On-Call Doctors at Disney World You also have access to an on-call doctor when you stay at a Disney Resort. Call a front desk cast member to help you get in touch with a licensed physician who will come directly to your Walt Disney World resort room and help to diagnose your illness.

The First Aid centers in all the parks have a supply of over-the-counter medications. If you are in a resort, you will find some basic supplies of pain relievers and cold and allergy remedies for sale in the gift shops.
