A low floor in a hotel is the first floor, or a level that is a short distance from the first floor. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, ask for a room on a low floor. Some elderly guests don't like climbing stairs, so give them a low floor room.

Generally owned by a sole proprietor, these hotels offer modest rooms with nothing more than a bed and bathroom. There are no restaurants on-site, but there should be one within walking distance of the hotel.
First ClassThis is the full service hotel – A dependable hotel with a full range of services, amenities and facilities, comfortable public areas, many with meeting space – Accommodations suitable for all travelers, may have workspaces or all-suite options.
