The Grazie Card was the traditional loyalty card for The Venetian and The Palazzo resorts in Las Vegas, but it was officially rebranded to Venetian Rewards in March 2024. If you have an old Grazie card, your account number and points remain the same, but you now participate in the updated Venetian Rewards program. This card allows guests to earn "Tier Points" and "Rewards Points" for nearly every dollar spent at the resort—not just on the casino floor, but also on hotel stays, dining, spa treatments, and retail. The program features four tiers: Jade (entry level), Sapphire, Ruby, and Diamond. Benefits for higher-tier members in 2026 include waived resort fees, complimentary suite upgrades, airfare credits, and "preferred access" to the resort's many high-end restaurants and entertainment venues. You can obtain a physical card at the Rewards Desk on the casino floor, which you then "tap" or "insert" at slot machines or present at the time of purchase throughout the property to track your spend and unlock exclusive Vegas perks.
