What is better Mears Connect or Sunshine Flyer?

I've taken both Mears Connect and Sunshine Flyer many times, and ended up using the former more often because it was easier to book last-minute and generally more efficient. For solo travel in particular, it has made more sense to use one of these shuttles than pay $40 to $60 for an Uber or Lyft from MCO.
