Once you reach 50,000 MQMs or 60 MQSs and $8,000 MQDs, you will earn Delta Gold Medallion status. Gold Medallions receive SkyTeam Elite Plus status, which grants you and one guest access to airport lounges when traveling internationally and an additional baggage allowance on SkyTeam carriers.
