What is difference between beach villa and water villa?

A Beach Villas are ones that are on the land with the access to the sandy beach between the villa and sea. Water villas are over water rooms built on stilts/ pillars on the sea which will be either closer to the shore or far away from the shore with jetties connecting the land and villas.
