What is the advantage of the Disney MagicBand?

Your MagicBand enables you to travel lighter throughout your vacation. Use it to enter the parks, unlock your Disney Resort hotel room and buy food and merchandise. With Disney MagicBands, you do not have to worry about carrying a key card with you wherever you go. Your band can be used to register to your room and serve as a key every time you need to enter.
