What is the best city to stay in to see Utah national parks?

If you're looking for just one place to stay and if warmth is a criteria, I would look to Moab. Of all the destinations, Moab has the most to offer in terms of different parks and attractions as well as activities. Moab is a desert environment and will be hotter than Zion, which is a mountain canyon.
