For the "original" Disneyland Resort in California, the ideal length of stay is three full days. This allows you to spend two days at Disneyland Park (which has a high density of attractions and shows) and one full day at Disney California Adventure. With a 3-day ticket, you can experience all the major "E-ticket" rides like Rise of the Resistance and Radiator Springs Racers without feeling rushed, while still having time for parades, fireworks, and character meet-and-greets. If you are visiting Disneyland Paris, a two-day stay is usually sufficient: one day for the main Disneyland Park and a second day for Walt Disney Studios Park (home to Avengers Campus). For families with small children who need midday naps or those visiting during peak holiday periods, adding an extra day to either resort is highly recommended to maintain a relaxed pace. Most visitors find that anything less than two days results in "theme park burnout" as they try to cram too much into a single visit, whereas staying more than four days can lead to diminishing returns unless you are a die-hard fan or staying at a Disney hotel with a pool.
