During these months, the city experiences its most pleasant weather, with average daytime temperatures ranging from 25°C to 30°C (77°F to 86°F). This is the "Goldilocks" zone for tourism—warm enough for the beach and outdoor pools, but cool enough to explore the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Miracle Garden, or the Global Village without the oppressive heat of the summer. November is particularly popular as it marks the beginning of the outdoor event season, including various food festivals and the famous Dubai Shopping Festival. March is equally attractive as it offers the last window of moderate weather before the humidity begins to climb in April. While December and January are also comfortable, they are the peak of the high season, leading to significantly higher hotel rates and larger crowds at major attractions. For those on a budget, the "shoulder" months of October and April provide a balance of lower costs and manageable heat.
