What is the best time of day to go to Disney Springs?

If you're visiting during busy times ? holidays, weekends and evenings ? expect crowds. Many of Lily's tips to avoid getting lost at Disney World apply here. If you'd rather avoid crowds at Disney Springs, the best time to visit is in the morning.

For the best experience at Disney Springs in 2026, the ideal time of day to visit is weekday mornings, specifically right when it opens at 10:00 AM. During these early hours, the crowds are minimal, making it much easier to browse popular stores like World of Disney or secure a table at the many quick-service dining spots without a long wait. If you are looking for a lively atmosphere with live music and outdoor entertainment, the evening is great, but be prepared for significantly higher crowd levels and "virtual queues" for popular spots like Gideon’s Bakehouse. For those looking to avoid the intense Florida heat, the "sweet spot" is often the late afternoon (around 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM) on a Tuesday or Wednesday; you beat the dinner rush but benefit from the cooling shadows as the sun begins to set over the waterfront.

This was honestly one of the best days of our whole 9 months of non-stop travelling to date and certainly of our USA road trip.
