Spending the afternoon and evening at EPCOT is a good idea–not since it's savvy strategy, but because it's an enjoyable time to experience the park. To that point, this is how we most commonly do EPCOT despite the crowds.

But we recognize that most people can't or won't give two of their precious days at Disney to Epcot.
