What is the best time to eat at Disneyland?

Eat at off-hours to avoid the crowds. Counter service restaurants are least busy between 2 and 4 pm, and at the end of the night. Paradise Garden Grill is our favorite counter service restaurant in Disney California Adventure. The food is refreshing and healthy-ish, and there's often live music in the evenings.
