When's the best time to visit? Our Top of the Rock insider told us that the best options are either right at opening (9am) or late at night (8pm onward) any day of the week. Nighttime is gorgeous, but mornings are magical, too.

WINNER FOR THE BEST VIEW:Depends on what you want to see/ or have on your picture: The Top of the Rock has more impressive views of Central Park and the Empire State Building. The Empire State Building is higher and has better views of Manhattan and Statue of Liberty, and of other US states on the clearest days!
Stone mountain Georgia top trail, I got to say the trail up is kind of hard the elevation goes straight up and you have to be really careful on steed edges, but the view From the top especially during the sunset is amazing.
