Yes! As long as you carry a park-to-park ticket, you can go back and forth as many times as you wish between the parks. You will probably spend a max of 10 mins exposed outside. Even if it's raining I'd suggest leave coats in transport or cloakroom. It's not worth carrying for better part of 5 hours. It's studio lighting inside so does get fairly warm.
