What is the Diamond Lounge on Royal Caribbean?

The Diamond Lounge has been the name of a special room dedicated to the upper echelon of cruisers, and it appears Royal Caribbean will change the name of it. Royal Caribbean informed guests of the change in the cruise line's monthly newsletter.

The Diamond Lounge (now frequently rebranded as the Crown Lounge across the fleet) is a private, exclusive sanctuary for members of the Crown & Anchor Society who have reached Diamond, Diamond Plus, or Pinnacle Club status. In 2026, the lounge serves as a high-end "home base" where eligible guests can enjoy a quiet atmosphere, dedicated concierge services for booking specialty dining or excursions, and complimentary continental breakfast. One of the most valued perks is the nightly happy hour, where members receive four complimentary drink vouchers per day (loaded onto their SeaPass card) that can be used in the lounge or at most bars on the ship. The lounge also features bean-to-cup espresso machines and a selection of snacks throughout the day. It is a key loyalty benefit designed to reward frequent cruisers with a more personalized and relaxed onboard experience.
