A standard double will be bedroom and bathroom. Our superior double also had a large sofa/sofabed and a corner with a table and chairs. A suite will have at least one bedroom separated by at least a half-wall, if not a wall and door, from the sitting areas where there will also be a sofa bed or other bed.
