What is the difference between an e-ticket and a mobile ticket?

E-tickets are typically printed at home, though many venues will permit you to show your e-tickets in your AXS app to enter your event. Unlike e-tickets, AXS Mobile ID tickets are digital and can only be used with the AXS app and cannot be printed.

An eticket comes as a PDF attached to an email, which you can either open from your email or in our app. Mobile Tickets are just like etickets, except you can only open them directly in our app and you need to 'activate' the ticket before you use it. Mobile Tickets can't be shared or used on more than one device.

In some cases, you'll have to print out your eTicket to show to the staff at check-in (along with, of course, your passport and visa, if required). If the barcodes aren't available yet, there should be a message in your account to give you some more information. If it says “Your tickets aren't quite ready yet”, this means they'll be available in your account around 5 days before your event. It's nothing to worry about, just an added security feature.
