What is the difference between elite and elite plus on Celebrity?
In recognition of our most devoted Elite members, we've created Elite Plus—delivering a higher level of recognition with greater benefits, including additional beverage and specialty dining discounts, complimentary 240-minute Internet Package, complimentary cappuccino and lattes, and more.
Across all the ships within the Celebrity Cruises fleet, the stateroom grades are broken down in to 6 main stateroom grades of Interior, Oceanview (or Seaview), Balcony, Concierge Balcony, Aqua Class Balcony, & Suites.
Elites also get unlimited free drinks from the Captain's Club menu each day, excluding embarkation day, between 5 and 7 p.m. at most bars and lounges on the ship. All you have to do is present your Sea Pass card.
Midship staterooms on the lowest passenger deck are the most excellent spot to be on a cruise ship in this instance because you don't feel the vessel sway as much.
The best cruise cabin to book would be near ocean level at the ship's center, known as mid-ship. While ocean-level rooms aren't considered the most luxurious options, the closer you get to water-level, the less rocking you'll feel on the ship.
Elite and above members will continue to enjoy complimentary drinks from the Captain's Club menu daily from 5pm – 7pm—or choose All Included and enjoy 10%-15% (depending on tier) off the upgrade from Classic to Premium (increased from 5% - 10%) if purchased pre-cruise.
Yes, Royal Caribbean Diamond Crown and Anchor members receive vouchers on their set sail pass cards for four drinks per day. These vouchers cover most beverages. If you have linked your Royal Caribbean and Celebrity accounts then your status as Elite on Celebrity should carry over to Diamond on Royal Caribbean.
Celebrity's All Included pricing is getting much less inclusive. As of October 4, 2023, gratuities will no longer be included in the package pricing. According to a PDF distributed on the cruise line's travel agency portal, the All Included package will only include basic Wi-Fi and a Classic drink package.
Celebrity Cruises Alcohol PolicyGuests are not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages onboard; with the exception of embarkation day when each guest (of legal drinking age) is permitted to bring onboard up to two (2) bottles of wine (which are subject to a corkage fee) per guest.
