What is the difference between Universal Express and Universal VIP?

Universal has two types of Express Pass; Express VIP and Express Plus. The difference between the two is that with Express Plus, you get a pass to the major rides only one time per ride. Express VIP is an unlimited pass and you can return to each ride as many times as you would like.
