What is the difference between Universal Studios Singapore Express Pass and unlimited?

There are two types of Universal Express Passes. The first allows you to skip the line once per ride or attraction. The second is an Unlimited version that allows you to skip the line as many times as you'd like — even for the same ride. The different pass types aren't all available at each Universal park.
