Hilton's Fall 2023 promotion is called “Multiply Your Points”, and you can earn up to 3x Hilton Honors points on eligible stays from September 6–December 31, 2023. Hilton Honors tier qualification in 2023 returns to the pre-pandemic levels:
Silver: 10 nights, 4 stays or 25,000 Base Points.
Gold: 40 Nights, 20 stays, or 75,000 Base Points.
Diamond: 60 nights, 30 stays, or 120,000 Base Points.
To qualify, you must complete 30 stays, stay 60 nights or earn 120,000 base points in a calendar year. However, primary cardholders of the Hilton Honors American Express Aspire Card (see rates and fees) enjoy complimentary Diamond status as a perk of their card.

Hilton Honors American Express Surpass® Card: Earn 130,000 Hilton Honors bonus points after you spend $2,000 in purchases on the card within your first three months of card membership. Per TPG's latest valuations, the 130,000 Hilton points are worth $780 in value toward award stays.
500 Honors points definitely isn't much to write home about — according to TPG's latest valuations they're only worth about $2.50. But, if you have several stays with Hilton planned, there's no reason not to book your stay through the app to claim these bonus points.
For no annual fee, you can earn 100,000 bonus points after spending $2,000 within the first six months of opening the Hilton Honors American Express Card. That's worth around $600 by Bankrate's valuation, though your exact value will depend on how and when you redeem.
Hilton Honors points are worth less than the average hotel point. But that doesn't mean it's not worth trying to earn Hilton points. It simply means that you'll need way more Hilton points to book a Hilton room than you might need Hyatt points to book a comparable Hyatt room.
