What is the lost child protocol at Disney?

Cast Members are trained on how to engage with a lost child. Their main priority is to keep the child safe and calm. The Cast Member will ask for the child's name and for any information that may assist them: their parents' names, if they know a phone number to call, where they last saw their parents, etc.
