What is the most intense ride in EPCOT?

Epcot Mission Space is a highly intense and very unique ride. It is certainly one of the most thrilling Epcot rides and indeed one of the most adrenaline-inducing of all Disney World rides.

Test Track is the fastest thrill ride at any Disney Park and one of the only thrill rides located at EPCOT. Ride starts at 2:24. For Disneyland fans, it's a similar system to the one used to Radiator Springs Racers at Disney California Adventure.

There are some small pops of airtime, that butterflies-in-your-stomach, out-of-your-seat sensation. But they are not especially intense. There are also a few elements that deliver positive G-forces, the feeling of being pinned to the seat. Again, these forces are not particularly extreme.

The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror If we're talking about the scariest rides at Disney World, I had to start with The Tower of Terror. I mean, it's all in the name! From the ghostly holograms, the 'death' defying drop(s) to the sinister theming, everything is designed to scare the Mickey outta you – and it really does.

At present, the only ILL attraction for EPCOT is Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. Previously, both Frozen Ever After and Remy's Ratatouille Adventure were also an ILL attractions.

The Jurassic World VelociCoaster is definitely the scariest ride in Universal Studios Orlando and will absolutely make your heart pound as you make your way through. You can expect two separate launches, with one of them going up to 70 mph into a 140 foot drop and even an inverted zero-gravity stall.

Years after the closure, Mission: SPACE replaced Horizons. So if there ever was a sinkhole, it's clearly fixed. And if you're looking to get your Horizons fix when visiting the park, it's still possible! You can spot nods to the bygone ride in the Mission: SPACE queue.

Remy's Ratatouille Adventure and Guardians of Galaxy Cosmic Rewind have debuted at Epcot. The next major update will be the debut of a Moana-themed walkthrough attraction, Journey of Water, on October 16, 2023.

Ideally these are two of Test Track, Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, and Frozen Ever After, by far the three most popular rides in the park. Soarin' is the next highest priority after these, so if you can do two of these and Soarin' to start your day, you're in fantastic shape.

In general, you should think of Epcot as a two-day park. There's so much to see and do that you really need a couple of days to enjoy everything without feeling like you're rushing through the park. But we recognize that most people can't or won't give two of their precious days at Disney to Epcot.

EPCOT is arguably the least family-friendly park at Walt Disney World, so you may not need more than a few hours to do everything of interest if you have small children. With that said, a full day at EPCOT is highly recommended for first-timers.

Expedition Everest is the tallest attraction at Disney World, and its drop is the longest and most intense of the roller coasters.

Cosmic rewind imo is a lot more intense (but also a lot more fun). I also find Expedition Everest at AK a lot more intense than Tron, so if you've done that and were fine then you'll be fine. I went on it yesterday for the first time - it was awesome!
