Research by wellness brand Goodrays has revealed the UK's most relaxing cities based on detailed analysis of sunshine, spirit, silence and space. Seaside city Plymouth took the top spot, as it offers plenty of sunshine, high happiness ratings, low noise pollution and lots of green space.
