This annex adds the "Upper Peninsula" and "Lower Peninsula" ballrooms and multi-function spaces, effectively turning the Swan, Dolphin, and Swan Reserve into one of the largest convention destinations on the East Coast with over 450,000 square feet of meeting space. While rumors of a fourth "boutique" tower occasionally circulate in 2026 development circles, the current focus remains on this massive structural transformation that preserves the original Michael Graves architecture while modernizing the guest rooms and tech infrastructure across the entire Marriott-operated resort complex.
