What is the quietest time for Eurostar?

Some people commute for work for the week so Sunday evening, Monday morning, Friday night etc will be busier. I'd guess trains Tuesday and Wednesday would be less busy but you could try playing around on the Eurostar website to see when prices are cheaper.
