Both have the same type rating so system wise they're pretty much the same; a pilot who enjoys the 787 systems would feel the same about a 777 (give or take minor difference). Flying wise not to sure! I think the 787 is a lot smoother to handle and the 777 is a bit longer. But it all comes down to personal preference.

The A330 is significantly smaller / lighter aircraft than a B777. The B777 cruises at a faster speed also. At the same time, the B777 engine has around 9:1 bypass ratio, while the A330 has a 5:1 bypass ratio.
A380: Definitely more comfortable with better cabin pressure compared to others. I hated the extended take-off time as the plane is generally pushed to some gate far away at the airport. B777: I've flown with most B777 models and mostly flown with 300 ER which is a pretty good plane for long haul.
