In 2020, Guinness World Records reinstated Baldwin Street as the steepest road in the world. Located in Dunedin, New Zealand, Baldwin Street had held the record for more than a decade until June 2019, when Ffordd Pen Llech in Harlech, Wales, claimed the title.
