What nights does Disney do fireworks?

Disneyland Fireworks Times and Info Fireworks are seasonal throughout the year and typically are only shown daily during peak seasons due to the proximity of the Disneyland Resort to the neighbors/businesses in Anaheim. During off-peak days, fireworks are Friday through Sunday.

In 2026, Magic Kingdom and EPCOT at Walt Disney World perform fireworks every single night of the year, barring extreme weather conditions (like lightning or hurricane-force winds). At Magic Kingdom, the current flagship show is Happily Ever After, which typically starts at 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM depending on the season. At EPCOT, the nighttime spectacular Luminous The Symphony of Us generally takes place at park close, usually 9:00 PM. Disney’s Hollywood Studios also offers nighttime entertainment nightly, though it alternates between the Fantasmic! water show and the Wonderful World of Animation projection show. Animal Kingdom does not have traditional fireworks to ensure the safety and comfort of the animals, instead offering "Beacons of Magic" light displays on the Tree of Life. For 2026 travelers, it is vital to check the My Disney Experience app daily, as showtimes can shift by 30-60 minutes based on private events or "After Hours" hard-ticketed parties that may have exclusive fireworks displays.

Firework shows happen nightly EXCEPT on nights when the park closes early (like for Mickey's-Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, or for select events like Cast Member appreciation nights). There really aren't any spots to eat and watch the fireworks at Magic Kingdom.

Epcot Forever is a temporary show, they run it while they are doing lagoon work so it's short and to the point. It runs at approximately 11 minutes or so each evening, which is perfectly quick for tired families but also may be a bit underwhelming compared to other fireworks spectaculars at Disney.
